Unloading, Loading Equipment, Parking & Check in
1. Unloading Equipment
Please refer to Google Maps.
Contest headquarters area. National Highway R134, approximately 150 meters west of Daiichi Jr. High School intersection.
8:30 - 9:30（15th, 16th September）
Unloading Area space is limited & will be congested. Please unload equipment and move your vehicle to Southern Beach Parking Area as quickly as possible. Your cooperation is appreciated.
2. Athlete Parking
After unloading equipment, please proceed to Southern Beach Parking Area.
06:30 - 18:00
JPY1,000 per vehicle per day
Parking area capacity is 70 vehicles. Your understanding is appreciated.
15th - 17th September Southern Beach Parking Area will be closed to the general public.
3. Check In, Board Control & Equipment Loading
Mynavi SUP JAPAN CUP athletes are required to check in and complete board control.
Race Committe Office

9:30 - 10:20（15th, 16th September）
Loading of equipment at Loading Area will begin at 11:00. Loading Area space is limited & will be congested. Please load equipment and remove your vehicle as quickly as possible. Your cooperation is appreciated.
Check In & Board Control will only be done on race day. Advanced Check In and or Board Control is not provided.
Please note that Southern Beach Parking Area is approximately 1 kilometer west of contest area.
